In the "Designing for Disaster Recovery" section I'd add a reminder that
whenever the shares are changed on the source they should be exported
again.  As I recall import doesn't overwrite existing shares (or delete
shares not in the import list).  This might be pertinent if they do this
more than once.

A customer has requested that we provide for him a document outlining
all the steps required for a full DR failover test and fail-back.  Tim
Swensen wrote up a Wiki based on his understanding of the individual
steps described in the SGA.  John Culp would like to use this as a
template to provide directly to the customer.  Could we get this
reviewed and approved?

Deadline:  Friday 2/8 noon.
